Monstera's Bloom Scoops are designed and curated especially for you, no two scoops are alike. Because of this and the surprise nature we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds. However, if something arrives broken or damaged please reach out via email within 24 hrs of delivery of your package and we will happily make it right.

Packages are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders may be canceled within 24 hrs of placing the order if your order hasn't been packaged or shipped. Orders that have shipped CANNOT be canceled.
